 Arthur
Canada
Art, a
30-year Naples resident, began his real estate
career in Youngstown, Ohio where he led a large real
estate and development company building custom
homes. In 1980, Art purchased a real estate
boutique, which grew into the third largest in
Naples. From that success, he founded Arthur Canada
& Associates, Inc. that provided marketing expertise
to lending institutions and development corporations
to re-position and market distressed projects. In
conjunction, Art created an international real
estate division with an office in London.
In 1990, Grand Bay
Building & Dev. Corp. was formed to procure and
develop land for residential and multi-family
communities. From 1995 to present Grand Bay Building
& Dev. Corp. has designed and built custom homes
primarily in Naples and surrounding areas.

 Jeff
Canada
Prior to becoming a partner of Grand Bay Building &
Development, Jeff served as the President and Chief
Executive Officer of EAssist Global Solutions in San
Diego, California. Jeff is currently the co-founder
and President of the Canada Corporation which
provides operational management and real estate
investment services.
In addition to his entrepreneurial experience, Jeff
brings to Grand Bay 18 years of operational
expertise from Xerox where he held a number of
executive management positions including Vice
President Business Strategy and General Manager of
North America Office Document Products.
A Magna Cum Laude graduate of Youngstown State
University in Ohio, Jeff holds a B.A. degree in
marketing management. Jeff resides in Naples,
Florida with his family. |
 Brad
Rapp
Brad
has extensive knowledge of building practices in
South Florida for over thirty five years. His
experience spans all aspects of residential
construction from site, engineering, framing to
finish trim. Brad is currently the general manager
and leads the supervision team for Grand Bay.

 Gene
Storme
Gene
started his building career thirty seven years ago
as a trim carpenter. He has become one of the most
respected field supervisors in South Florida. Gene
currently leads a team of trades that ensures the
highest quality custom finishes in the industry. |
